2. How to Start a Return

Email ntemerch@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be required if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Step 2 Approval
Once reviewed, you will receive return instructions and an authorization confirmation.

Step 3 Shipping the Item
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


3. Exchanges

For exchanges, simply return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified about the approval status.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds may apply if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or outside the allowed timeframe in exceptional cases.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Neverness to Everness merch arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at ntemerch@proton.me with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived within 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue continues, contact our support team for assistance.


7. International Returns

We accept international returns within the 14 day window. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.


8. Gifts

Gift items follow the same return process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or can be converted into store credit if preferred.


9. Return Address

All returns must be sent only to the address provided with your authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
